“The joy of life is made up of obscure and seemingly mundane victories that gives us our own small satisfactions.” –Billy Joel

(Work in progress: folding diapers. An every day satisfaction.)

We’d love to see your works in progress. Something that makes you feel simple, full,  or creative. Something you’re making. Something you’re doing (folding a pile of laundry–again?). Something you’re planning. Share in the comments!

  1. I am working on soakers and longies for the shop. And a baby blanket for a much anticipated baby my girlfriend is having.

  2. I am a work in progress. God is everyday working on me. My Pastor said this during our sermon Sunday ” People ask me why God doesn’t save everybody, my question is why did God save me?” That has hit me hard this week. Why did he save this messed up, sinful creature?

  3. I am a work in progress today my Pastor said this on Sunday “People ask me why doesn’t God save everybody? My question is why did God save me?” I have been thinking on this since then, why would he save a sinful person like me?

  4. Finally finished my cabled sweater….and wonder of wonders…it fits! It’s been almost 3years in the making, and is the first time I attempted a sweater for myself. So glad to be able to move on to another project. Not sure what it will be, possibly a wool cabled sweater for my college daughter who is taking her final final tomorrow.
