Once upon a time, all of our kids were little. They were little and cute and man, high school seemed really far away.
And then we had one teen, then two, then three, and …
Now it’s a been there, done that.
What I wanted– back when all of my kids were younger and I was staring down the barrel of Algebra and foreign languages with no real concept of what that actually meant— was to have the chance to talk to a homeschool graduate and hear their account of what it was really like to be homeschooled.
Maybe you’d like that, too. If so, head over to our sister site, Straddle Parenting, to listen in on a conversation between myself and 18 year-old Mary Hannah. We chat about fears, books, and how you know when you’re “done.” Hopefully, it will be an encouragement to you wherever you are in your homeschool journey!
